Besides the standard prices for a single search, they also offer a 24-hour pass and a 30-day pass for the site, which is useful if you need to do multiple searches. In fact, the USA People Search 24-hour pass is one of the cheapest of all the people search companies we reviewed.
USA People Search also has the added benefit of letting you preview the information before you buy. You don’t pay unless you feel USA People Search has the person you are looking for. After you place the known information about the person you are looking for, USA People Search will display a list of possible matches. USA People Search offers complete people search reports. The reports are one of USA People Search’s greatest strengths, which is good because the results of a search are the most important part of the service.
This is where USA People Search struggles. If the service performed better in this category, it might have carried USA People Search even higher in the rankings. While we praise USA People Search for the flexible search system, you are still unable to do reverse address and reverse phone searches. You also cannot search by social security number or email address. But the most important search criteria, name, age, date of birth, city of residence, are still available.
While the people search at USA People Search is great, the tech support is only average. USA People Search has a good FAQ for answering common questions and an email support system for more difficult questions.
USA People Search deserves to be in our top three because it offers a simple search interface and a comprehensive people search.
