Records.com is not an autonomous people search site. It is actually run by US Search , which was our #4 product. The reports and search methods are exactly the same because searches are actually run through US Search .
Surprisingly, the tech support is not the same. Records.com only has email support that isn’t very quick to respond, and there is no FAQ or phone support like there is with US Search . Even though the reports are the same, we recommend cutting out the middle man and simply going to US Search for your people search needs.
