Even though they provide many of the same services as background check and people search companies, eFindOutTheTruth.com goes about them a little bit differently. eFindOutTheTruth.com is staffed by investigators who work with customers directly and aid in research. If you purchase a Basic People Search (the standard people search package) from eFindOutTheTruth.com you will work with one of these investigators to narrow down the list of possible contacts and get the most information from their records.

eFindOutTheTruth.com does an excellent job at providing quality reports, and even does it at cheaper prices than most of the other companies we reviewed. But some small problems with their search methods and the amount of time it took to get results kept eFindOutTheTruth.com from ranking higher in our review.

As we mentioned above, there are some distinct advantages to this method, namely that you have personalized help for your search. However, we found some drawbacks to this particular method of investigation. First, it took longer to get results because we were emailing back and forth with our research expert to narrow down the list of possibilities. While it did lead to accurate results, we thought it took less time to simply buy the whole list of matches from a different service and sort through them ourselves.
